This article is borne of my own lack of desire to get or have ‘roots’ in this incarnation. For so long, I’ve been struggling with a nagging inner voice that pushes me to venture out and expand my horizons, travel to new places and connect with new people for whom Reiki Energy may be helpful.

I was rooted in a toxic relationship many years, while at the same time I was on a Spiritual path to awakening to who I truly am. Whilst allowing myself & my energy to be quashed by remaining in an extremely toxic & non-productive union with someone who did not care about me as a person, and least of all about my spiritual life; I remained trapped within my own self-created prison.

I used Reiki Energy and even upgraded my Reiki Master/Teacher certification during that period of time, and obtained a second certification as a Reiki Master Teacher in the Holy Fire® Reiki tradition. Holy Fire® Reiki changed the direction of my Life immensely, as did my own practice of meditation, affirmations, inner work and self-healing.

After many years of contemplation and standstill, my Spirit is rooted in expansiveness, Light & fearlessness. I’ve tethered my Self to Life in such a way as to incorporate Reiki Energy and the Unconditional Love of self and others to expand my Life and move forward on my personal and spiritual Reiki Nomadic Journey.

I currently travel all over the United States ~ (and soon will incorporate Canada & Mexico, as well) ~ carrying with me Love, Light & Reiki towards all sentient beings whom I come into contact with. My inner compass leads the way as I contract with various facilities to work for 6-13 week stints caring for patients in a conventional, yet unconventional way in hospitals across the United States.

During these short-term contracts, I meet people from all walks of Life and with various vibrational levels. Some of these people are bathed in the vibrations of sorrow, some in hope, some in defeat, some in strength. In whatever way these souls present themselves to me, I align with their spirit and meet them exactly where they are, always with openness and integrity.

When I meet them with Presence and non-judgement, and speak to them about the amazing effects (and affects) of Reiki Energy ~ the Universal Life Force ~ they either shy away from its healing benefits, or they accept it at face value, and begin to ask questions. Either way, each of these precious Souls has been exposed to Reiki, the Universal Energy, and from this point forward will always be aware that there is an Ever-Present Energy in the Universe that heals profoundly and completely.

Naturally, one does not need to be a nomad to share the richness and beauty of Reiki Energy. This is my personal calling and I’m following my own path. I simply wanted to share it with other practitioners who may have a similar desire to travel simply and help others open to their own highest potential.

From 3D t0 5D ~ Challenges Reiki People Face (Part II) "Ascension 101 For Reiki Practitioners"

Mother Earth

Those of us who realize that this time period on Mother Earth is auspicious, albeit chaotic and difficult, must forge ahead and continue the work of educating, loving, healing and disseminating information. Our future is contingent on knowing what our own personal Truth is in relation to what is happening in our environment and universally. We need to realize that our own Inner Truth is written on our very Souls; and that in order to realize our own personal truths, we go through a process of cutting away the EGO-educated paradigms that have kept Humanity in bondage to societal conditioning and unhealthy thinking for thousands of years.

What are the obstacles that prevent a Soul from Awakening fully to his or her own Truth?

There are so many obstacles that listing them would probably take longer than any of us have time to write or read. But most every one of them can be sub-headed and grouped under one label: EGO. Ego has gained a bad wrap in recent years, and that is because it is the ultimate trickster of human beings.

Our mind (thinking, way of thinking, conditioning) is our EGO. No matter what some of the self-proclaimed gurus (EGOcentric false prophets) of the modern new age movement say, EGO must be transcended and tamed prior to moving along a path towards our personal Enlightenment or Awakening.

Ego has a way of tripping us up and telling us that it’s not necessary to go through any ‘steps’ to reach our fullest potential, our truest Self. Ego wants us to believe that we can ‘go it alone’ and everything will turn out peachy. No man is an island, so the saying goes and yes, we need to bounce ideas and truths off one another ~ preferably off those on a similar spiritual path. We also need to realize that the PILOT in our lives isn’t ‘me’ or ‘I’ or ‘myself’ but ‘us’ and ‘we’. We are co-pilots of our Life with our Higher Power ~ and our Higher Power is NOT and cannot be EGO!

So, what is this ‘shedding EGO’ step all about?

Well, it’s first realizing that my Self is simply spirit. Not only is Self simply spirit. The Self is a perfect being. We must learn to shift our thoughts from ‘doing’ to ‘being’. I like to use the phrase ‘go with the flow’ because it’s pretty much spot on when it comes to releasing EGO and simply accepting the Present moment as it presents itself.

Everything that happens in my Life is as it is. If I label it with words like ‘good’ ‘bad’ ‘positive’ and ‘negative’, I am judging the moments as they arise. If I simply allow every moment to ‘be’ I am going with the flow and the rhythm of Life. It sounds so simple as I’m typing it, but to put this concept into action takes much practice and constant Presence (awareness). I work on it daily and oftentimes I am tripped up either by being triggered by someone or something someone says, or simply because I’m human.

Healing Reiki energy helps me to soothe and heal myself, and allows me to let go for a moment or two and relax into simply ‘being’. I use a combination of CKR, HSZSN and some of the Holy Fire II® Karuna symbols to continually and gently keep my physical form surrounded by Reiki Energy. Your intuition can help you in choosing which symbols to utilize throughout the day. CKR is one that is a constant in my Life and has been for many years.

Using these symbols and Reiki Energy in this way helps me to virtually live, breathe and remain aware knowing the divinity of Reiki Energy is surrounding me constantly. I am blessed beyond belief having and using Reiki during my spiritual practice and consistently throughout the day.

More often than not, I send a few symbols ahead of me to grace my work place so that during meetings, patient care and all my work-related interactions throughout the day I am blessed and protected with Reiki Energy. The two most profound grounding and protecting symbols from Karuna Holy Fire II® Reiki are Kriya and Rama.

Both can be used to clear negative energies from a room or rooms, as well as ground you and your colleagues to your environment. I manifest Rama within meeting rooms regularly. Both symbols also keep me grounded within so that when EGO creeps up and manifests during discussions in which I feel the (ego) need to be right, I instead silence myself and rethink and reword responses.

From 3D to 5D ~ Challenges Reiki People Face (Part I)

One of my six siblings has been staying with me for a while. It’s been challenging, to say the least, as many of the old dysfunctional ways of seeing and doing things has arisen and been triggered during this visit. It’s not been unbearable, but it has been challenging and scary for others who witness the chaos at times.

I’ve been working on letting go of the old, dysfunctional ways of dealing with things over the past few years. This current period of time has been wonderful in that it has helped me recognize that I’m not alone in the dysfunctional ways of being, doing or communicating that were part of my old Self, part of the old way that must be released in order to move into the 5th Dimension, to shift in vibration from 3D to 5D.

My sibling is reflecting to me exactly who I am, have been and believed myself to be most of my Life in this incarnation. My sibling is reflecting my old ways of thinking, doing and communicating. Being with my sibling day after day is teaching and revealing to me what it is that I still need to work on within myself. It is helping me to become even more keenly aware so that I can change the old behaviors ~ shift my vibration up and become more aligned with my Higher and Authentic Self.

I’ve been stuck in this way of being for an entire Lifetime, perhaps for many Lifetimes, and it’s not working in the New Earth way of being any longer. It’s time to shift my consciousness up and out of the old rigid and judgmental way of being. It’s time to shift my Consciousness from the old, draconian and burdensome ways of thinking and doing, to the new, galactic and lighter way of Being. I need to realize that nothing (no thing) is permanent in this way of Being. Everything is simply as it is.

These are the lessons that many of us are facing in this time of great change and spiritual shifts. If you haven’t been experiencing these changes in your thinking or consciousness, you may be experiencing rapid changes in your personal realm, in your relationships, careers or your Life in general. It may seem that everything is moving faster and faster in your Life.

Maybe you’ve noticed that people are falling out of your Life more rapidly. Movement is happening all around. Things are changing, people are coming and going more quickly, situations are rapidly shifting. What you once thought about ‘stability’ may be breaking down more rapidly than you care to realize. And you may be resisting Life changes and clinging to the ‘old’ as though it’s a life raft in the midst of the Atlantic.

Lessons in letting go are all around us at this time on Mother Earth. Gaia is shifting and changing, and so we are caught up in her awakening. Our Mother is raising her vibrations and we have no control over anything that Mother Earth and Mother Nature puts forth. The shifts are happening all around us, if you haven’t noticed yet. Just take a look around at the increased frequencies of volcanoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, tidal waves and other extreme earth and weather conditions around us over the past 10 years or so. And whilst our Mother shakes off the old and outmoded, Humanity is aligning and awakening and preparing to follow suit.

There is movement all around us. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that ~ nor does it take a psychic to notice the shifts and subtle (and not so subtle!) changes in our own personal spaces. Movement is imperative! Reiki Energy can help soothe and heal your Soul and calm your mind when things are feeling unstable and chaotic. Reiki Energy is like a huge, weighted blanket that calms, soothes and quiets the chaos and releases the tension.

Wrap yourself in a huge does of Reiki Energy when you settle down before sleep tonight. I promise that if you’ve neglected to use Self-Reiki and Self-Healing for yourself of late, you will be pleasantly amazed at how perfect and peaceful you will sleep after serving up a huge dose of Self-Reiki.

The 2nd part of this two-part article series will be forthcoming very soon! In that portion of the article, we’ll discuss the challenges of EGO on our shifting vibrations.

An Introduction to Higher Conscience Reiki

Many people who have been working to improve their quality of Life in an effort to assist in the ascension of their own Consciousness and Soul over the last 20 or so years are also Reiki practitioners. How auspicious for them!

Reiki Energy has become more familiar to the masses over the last couple of decades, and more and more practitioners are rising up to be Initiated and Attuned to Reiki all over the globe. I’ve been guided to write this article specifically to discuss the new and higher realm of Reiki Energy that has surrounded the planet over the last few decades.

In May of 2016, whilst I was meditating one early, misty morning in South Florida, my Consciousness was suddenly flooded with Light and simultaneously 4 symbols imprinted themselves on my relaxed eyelids in rapid succession. I waited as I listened to the download of information regarding each of these symbols. 

When I came out of my meditation, I quickly drew each symbol in my notebook and listed the specific information I had received about each of them. Then, I put that information aside. I showed it to only one person over the last four years: my Holy Fire® Reiki Master teacher.As I’ve continued to work through my own human issues and finely hone my own healing process, I’ve come to realize that the symbols I received in meditation were not meant only for my healing process and spiritual growth. The symbols I received are going to be shared with Humanity, as they will assist in the healing of our planet on a mass level.

We all have innate issues that embed themselves into our very cellular memory, affecting our level of consciousness as well as impeding our own personal and spiritual growth. Many of the issues we hold within our auric field or cellular memories are detrimental to the healing process. These issues also prevent us from moving forward on our spiritual journey.

And many of the issues we continue to conceal from the world and sometimes even from ourselves are trauma-based. These issues act like anchors that hold us down and prevent us from rising up spiritually and expanding our consciousness to reach the point of Enlightenment that is meant for each one of us. The symbols I received are specifically used to guide us through complete emptying, negation and cleansing of cellular memories. Each symbol is a tool that will help unleash long held beliefs about ourselves that keep us stuck in a false and materialistic sense of being.

These symbols are meant to help lift us out of poverty of mind and spirit, and to assist us in reaching the highest realms of spirit that we are meant to exist in. In other words, we will be healed to the point of reaching the Fifth Dimensional realms and beyond.

With the assistance of my Spiritual Guides and Avatars, I am in the process of developing these symbols into a new and high vibration Reiki certification. I’m not sure how long this process will take in linear time, but I have been assured that this is important to the continued healing of Humanity and of our Mother Earth. I am honored to have this forum, Reiki Rays, and all of you wonderful, spiritually based lightworkers, healers, practitioners, and colleagues to share this process with.

A Time to Love ~ Thoughts on COVID 19

I’ve been guided to write and share what I’ve been considering, as I care for the many patients who come to me with symptoms of COVID-19. I’ve been considering the timing and the repercussions of this pandemic and how far-reaching its effects will be for our collective future. The meandering thoughts that have been forthcoming in my meditations and dreams are being formulated into coherent writings.

Crocuses bursting forth through the snow

Sometimes, the Universe has to step in and work its own Magick so that necessary changes can be made for the highest good of all. This happens to be one of those times. During this process, I am not losing faith in Something Greater, in a Greater Purpose. I am not going to succumb to the FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) that currently threatens us globally. I am sending Reiki globally during this pandemic to all Souls who inhabit this planet.

This is not a dark, evil virus that is wiping out Humanity, but a condition that is changing our perspective and will eventually change our entire future. This period of time is going to prove to be a Life changing one, in which systems will be broken down to be restructured into more workable and user friendly systems. Everything we thought of as ‘normal’ will be broken down and restructured during and long after this life situation ebbs.

 Everything is as it needs to be. The ‘systems’ that have enslaved humanity for far too long are being broken down. Have you yourself not wondered somewhere along your path how the world and the way things were going down was going to change?  

It’s so very sad that some have to die for these changes to take place, but if we look at how we perceive death (yes, even death is a necessary system that humanity fears rather than welcomes) we can view this entire process in an entirely different Light. We can gain new insights and new perspectives that will eventually help us rebuild the systems that are being taken down around us.

Imagine our entire World, Gaia, as being a living entity. Because Gaia IS a living entity, and we have so long disconnected from Her and Her amazing healing energy! We have long denied that we are all connected to Gaia and to each other. We need to think in terms of the Collective ~ and how at times like these, the needs of a large portion of society outweighs the needs of a few. 

If we are indeed Awakened to the point of seeing that a New Earth is about to manifest, we will see ourselves as spiritual warriors at this time. We are the Guardians of the Truth and Love for all of Humanity, not only for those who think or resonate with our own belief systems. 

It’s important to share our true and Authentic Selves with the world to help align truth and Light and especially LOVE which is desperately needed to heal this planet and all of Humanity. 
LOVE is at the core of every living being on this planet. Love is at the core of Gaia, the Goddess of Earth.  

This is not a time to FEAR but a time to LOVE. It is a time to put LOVE into action. 

For in the end, it is LOVE that will prevail and LOVE that will save us from ourselves. 
Please join me in sending healing Reiki Energy and enveloping Mother Earth in Reiki Energy as often as you think of it throughout the day. 

We are all in this together and we are all connected.

Contemplations for 2019

As I do at the conclusion of every year, I’m considering the things I’ve let go of in 2019 that have consistently caused an overload of negativity and drama in my Life. As I mature in Life, I’m realizing that negativity and drama ~ which were sometimes the very threads of my younger existence and woven into the fabric of my ‘then’ reality ~ no longer serve a purpose in my new & authentic Life. 

I’ve risen above the negativity of living a small Life on a small scale. The expansion of our Consciousness includes expansion of our Heart Chakra and energies. The Heart and the Consciousness are intricately connected as I have learned over the past few years. If I expand my Heart and allow myself to open to Unconditional Love of self and others, my Consciousness follows and vice versa.

This year, I’ve purposefully and eloquently ended connections with people who are intricately connected to and burdened with drama and negativity, people who have no boundaries when it comes to others’ business. When you allow others to insert their opinions and unsolicited advice into your personal business, you are giving them carte blanche to verbalize their opinions and judgments where they do not belong.

In order to live an authentic and beautiful Life, we need to know who we are and what we will tolerate and not tolerate as empowered spiritual beings. We are not judging we are simply letting go of those things and people that no longer align with our higher purpose. 

When we let go with Love & forgiveness, (for ourselves as well as for others) we are allowing and creating space for newer and higher experiences to enter our realm.

At the conclusion of this chapter, 2019, I’m celebrating the letting go of external energies that are dark and negative and no longer needed or wanted in my Life. I’m celebrating the end of attachments to negativity and negative entities. I’m celebrating the end of attachment to those things and people who no longer have a place in my new Life.

As I fill my vessel with Light & Love of Eternal Bliss and Joy, I no longer require attachments to anything in the material world.

I Am Light. I Am Love.

I Am.
